1. The service

Clozone lets you post short, time-limited messages without revealing your identity, which people within about 1 km can see and reply to. Use is free of charge.

2. Minimum age

You must be at least 16 years old.

3. Prohibited content — zero tolerance

In particular, the following are prohibited: insults, harassment, bullying, threats; hate speech and discrimination; sexual or pornographic content; glorification of violence; incitement to crime or self-harm; personal data of others (names, addresses, phone numbers, photos, licence plates); spam and advertising; deliberately false information, especially in the “Safety” category; any unlawful content.

Such content is removed. The installations responsible are blocked temporarily or permanently.

4. Moderation, reporting and blocking

Any content can be reported in the app (“Report” button). Reported content is reviewed, usually within 24 hours. Content is hidden automatically as soon as three different people report it, or when it contains terms from our block list, pending review. You can block anyone: their messages and replies are then no longer shown to you. You can also report unlawful content to contact@clozone.app (point of contact under Art. 11 and 12 DSA).

5. Your content

You are responsible for your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, free right to display it within the service for its lifetime. You can delete your content at any time.

6. Not an emergency service

Clozone is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 112.

7. Availability and liability

We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee it. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; for slight negligence only for breach of essential obligations and limited to foreseeable damage. We are not responsible for other users' content but remove unlawful content once we become aware of it.

8. Termination

You may stop using Clozone at any time and delete your data in the app. We may block installations that violate these terms.

9. Changes and law

Material changes are announced in the app. German law applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
